·Dress code: uniform shirt provided by the club, black pants, enclosed shoes, hair tied if working the bar.
·Cash handling: never remove cash from the till without manager instruction — all discrepancies reported immediately.
·Drugs and alcohol: zero tolerance for illicit drugs on the premises — no working under the influence of alcohol.
·Bullying and harassment: any form of bullying or harassment will result in disciplinary action up to termination.

Best for guests who usually drink lager. The bridge into German bier.

Pouring Guide
Weizen Pour
Use a clean, cold Weizen glass. Tilt and pour slowly to 80%, leave 20% yeast in bottle, swirl to rouse, pour cloudy finish on top.
The cloudy finish is correct — it is not a mistake
Stein Pour
Slow and angled — enough head to look authentic, not so much the guest is paying for foam. Consistency matters on big nights.

Never serve a warm bier. If the glass is not cold, get a cold one.
